4. Total Courier & Cargo Services will not be responsible for any unauthorised use of customers User ID’s and password’s and it would be customers responsibility and obligation to protect the same from unauthorised use.
5. Shipment will be re-weighed and re-measured and the prices quoted is inclusive of the Total Freight costs, fuel surcharges and applicable GST. Duties, Taxes and customs charges if any will be additional. Prices quoted has been calculated based on suggested weight of the shipment. Total Courier & Cargo Services's shipment charges are calculated according to the higher of actual or volumetric weight. Post reweigh for online payment, if found to be heavier, the under collected amount will have to be paid in cash in order to process the shipment further. If the shipment is found to be lighter, the over collected amount will be refunded.
6. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Total Courier & Cargo Services products and services mentioned in these web pages are subject to Total Courier & Cargo Service's Terms and Conditions of carriage which are available on this website. You confirm and acknowledge that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of Carriage including liability terms.

• By uploading images and item description content to totalcargo.in, you agree to allow other internet users to view them and you agree to allow Total Courier & Cargo Services to display and store them and you agree that Total Courier & Cargo Services can, at any time, review all the content submitted by you to its Service.

Payment of Fees

• There are different payment term options available, and depending on the payment term decided with Total Courier & Cargo Services, the merchant has to pay on the pre-decided monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly terms.
• The merchant has to pay within 7 days from the date of Invoice, or he/she risks the chance of closure/termination of the online store.

Cancellation and Termination

• Once your account is cancelled, all of your Content will be immediately deleted from the Service. Since deletion of all data is final please be sure that you do in fact want to cancel your account before doing so.
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Total Courier & Cargo Services service for any reason, without notice at any time.
